imageWe at Holistic Family Medicine (HFM), can help you achieve your goals and aspirations to a healthier and happier life! We treat children and adults. Initial treatments are approximately 90 minutes and subsequent treatments are 50-60 minutes. Your privacy is protected, and relaxation is a part of every treatment.

Holistic Medicine is looking at a person as a whole being and not divided up into parts. The whole being is connected physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. When something is chaotic in the kingdom, no one sleeps.

That shoulder pain and upset stomach just might be related to one another or the left knee and right hip may be trying to talk to one another and the bridge is broken, so nothing is getting across. If you are going through intense grief, you may be completely exhausted, unmotivated and short of breath…it’s all related.

In acupuncture and herbal medicine, we look and investigate the entire landscape of the person. We examine the history as well as the current situation. What is happening in a person’s life at home, work, school, and spiritual community provides insight into a person’s well-being and quality of life.

At HFM, no matter the complaint whether it is pain, stress, chronic conditions or acute situations you are valued as a whole being and treated accordingly. We also believe that the best medicine is when the East and the West can work together and compliment one another’s strengths for the benefit of the individual.

Don’t stand by, do something now, everyone can use a little improvement. The cries of distress can be heard, subtly or in the darkest of moments. The busier you are, the slower you should go, listening to every moment.
